  1. What happened to many significant buildings in the SG landscape (imo it looks quite different overall and iconic buildings including national stadium and gardens by the bay supertrees are not to be seen). It’s unfortunate that key Asian cities don’t get the same attention from devs. Hopefully, such improvements will be made in the coming weeks for us flight simmers in this part of the world! https://www.reddit.com/r/flightsim/comments/ibgc6v/singapore_fs2020_can_be_a_lot_better/

  2. Jesus. This looks nothing like Singapore :/ The entirety of the downtown area is just… missing. And SG isn’t that hard or big of a city to recreate.

  3. Great game, wish they used Google maps as the Singapore city area is terribly rendered. Marina Bay financial centre and the sail building next to it, raffles hotel are all completely incorrect.

  4. Love the video, nice flying skill, subscribe with a +1 like
Hope the MFS team improve the modelling of Singapore. Its really disappointing, the resolution, details, even gardens by the bay is flat.
I can understand that its a big project and it might be work in progress and I hope it is. otherwise it will be utter disappointment.
I would get the game if one day they model Singapore well enough to expectations.

  5. So they took the time to model MBS, the cloud forest, the artscience museum and the singapore flyer but not the super trees or the shoppes?

  6. At 10,000 feet or higher it looks good, but rather bad at low altitude. The skyline of Frankfurt (Mainhatten) doesn’t look good. If the airport is already premium, the city should be too. But we shouldn’t forget it’s about a flight simulator and it looks damn good for that.

  7. This map and design of Singapore is sadly less than 10% accurate. The Housing Development Board flats look like prisons. Also, there are smudges on the ground that show that the map is not edited and cropped properly, evidently not properly edited from the map footage. Elevation and angle of the tilt on objects is not calculated. This game would not be halfway perfect until Microsoft flight simulator 2050. I had high hopes, but it is not perfect. It is taking its first baby steps to perfection

  8. A few of the key landmarks are there, but Singapore should definitely get an upgrade. It has one of the coolest skylines, but it’s hard to communicate how impressive it looks with generic buildings.
