see , thats my point , at 4k it WILL be smooth as long as your CPU is powerfull enough to keep up . in this case sir tuckie10 has a 9900k wich is plenty for a game like this . on the other hand i saw someone with a ridiculous config 7700k 2080ti getting sub 30 fps in cities because the game was limited on the main thread side wich ofc means the cpu wasnt powerfull enough .
