Lagoa Nova BUG Extreme Challenge: Dive, Landing+Takeoff in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

—READ DESCRIPTION FOR WHY AND HOW—
Again I’m back to the bugged hole. I don’t use to attend bugs since they are temporary, but someone told there was a runway down below and that it was impossible. Accepted the extreme challenge, I first did it without much difficulty with the Zlin Shock Ultra, here: https://youtu.be/fM4YtwS52z8
But felt the need to come back and make it with a more trickier airplane and in much less time. It should be the Extra 330!
Guys, the landing is extremely difficult. In the dive, until 75% of the 8000 ft hole, there’s no problem, just full right rudder applied to increase drag, and stabilize speed. But then, on the last 25%, you have to brake, maneuver for landing, align the runway at the proper speed, all at the same time while there’s an annoying visual bug when you look down, sometimes, and the walls are narrower the more you get down.
Takeoff and exit is a little bit easier, but not so much… You must do at pop-up; just keep low to gain speed after liftoff, ideally over 130kt, and then pull for an Immelman maneuver (half loop and half roll). You can do it at 110 Kt with more difficulty and almost constant stall warning. Once you do a pair of Immelmans, you think all the problems are gone. The problem here is another. The more you climb, the air pressure decreases, so if you don’t fly a plane with auto leaning of mixture like those equipped with the Rotax engine, you have to progressively lean the mixture manually to avoid losing engine power or you would never escape from here. The key is to find the right amount of mixture leaning in every Immelman. Listen to your engine!
Use the force, Luke! 😉 Good luck guys!
You can select Lagoa Nova (SBLG), Brazil, as a takeoff point. It looks there is some strange wind inside, as impossible as the hole itself. The upper side is almost at 10.560ft, and the lower side is at 2680 ft.
About the bugged view problem, it use to happen when you art zoomed in, look down or at some angles. So zoom out the view, avoid looking down or find the angles that better avoid the visual bug!
I know I’m not the first one to make it, this is just my flight. Enjoy! 🙂
Microsoft/Xbox provided a copy of ‘Microsoft Flight Simulator’ to me for review. This is the version 1.9.3.

  1. madre mia tuckie, ya as doblao el espacio tiempo, joe tio ten cuidado, a ver si vas a tener problemas con algun terraplanista

  2. This is what happens when bad guys, a pilot in this case, dies and goes to purgatory, except he/she can never quite reach the top of the hell hole to escape. Haha! It would make a great horror movie though! Sadly, this type of bug keeps rearing its ugly head trying to create custom scenery where I need to modify the terrain height a bit. Hope they get this sorted out.
